Active Brain also integrates physical stimuli through Augmented Reality (AR)-guided stretching and relaxation exercises. Visit the "Exercises" tab to participate in breathing and stretching routines that enhance body awareness. The AR feature provides step-by-step instructions, and you can even capture a selfie to share your progress after each session.
