Meu ABC

An animated ABC set to the melody of Mozart. A cartoon in the style of the 1930s.

A 30-second cartoon featuring the ABC Song, created for very young children.

The lyrics expand and contract visually as the song mentions each letter.

Simultaneously, a young girl dances to Mozart's melody while the lyrics are spoken aloud to aid in letter recognition.

This is a translation of the public domain song "The ABC" or "My ABC's," which is very popular in English-speaking countries.

The ABC song was first performed in the United States in 1835, with lyrics by Charles Bradlee.

The melody was composed by Mozart (1756-1791) for his piano variations, "Ah, vous dirai-je, Maman".

This tune is shared by "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep".(Source: Wikipedia)
