Who are the "Rowdy and Cheery"?

The story arc follows Gehenna students on their trip to Hyakkiyako, with the Festival Operations Department striving to maintain order amidst the ensuing chaos. This 10-episode adventure offers rewards like Pyroxenes and Credit Points upon completion.

The update introduces two new characters:

• Tsubaki (Guide): A tour guide from Allied Hyakkiyako Academy.
• Umika: A Mystic-type Striker from the Festival Operations Department, wielding a Fireworks Launcher for devastating single-target damage.
