Brok the Investigator is getting a Christmas-themed standalone release you can play now

Brok the InvestiGator is getting a festive spin-off! This free, hour-long visual novel prequel offers a heartwarming Christmas story, a departure from the main game's action-adventure gameplay.

In Brok Natal Tail Christmas, players experience a unique take on Christmas, "Natal Untail," in the world of Atlasia, following Graff and Ott's adventures with the help of Brok. While short, this spin-off introduces Cowcat's new Brokvn Engine and explores a different genre.

Considering it's free and a fun Christmas treat for Brok fans, the short playtime is understandable. Cowcat's willingness to experiment with a new genre is commendable. There's little downside to trying this point-and-click adventure, unless you actively dislike visual novels.
