Cyberpunk 2077 Fortnite crossover: Why no male V?

Patrick Mills, the Cyberpunk 2077 lore expert and decision-maker, clarified the choice. The bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. With Johnny being male, selecting the female V was a practical choice, further influenced by Mills' personal preference.

Therefore, it wasn't a deliberate omission, but a pragmatic decision. This marks Keanu Reeves' second Fortnite skin appearance, following the addition of John Wick.
