Darkhold Battle Pass Launches for Marvel Rivals Season 1

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls – A Dark and Bloody Battle Pass

Get ready for Marvel Rivals Season 1, "Eternal Night Falls," launching January 10th at 1 AM PST! This season plunges players into a gothic horror-themed experience dominated by Dracula, with a stellar battle pass offering a wealth of exclusive rewards.

The Darkhold battle pass, priced at 990 Lattice (approximately $10), boasts an impressive lineup of 10 character skins, plus sprays, nameplates, emotes, and MVP animations. Completing the pass rewards players with 600 Lattice and 600 Units, usable for future cosmetic purchases or battle passes. A key benefit: the pass doesn't expire, allowing completion at your own pace.

The trailer showcases exciting new skins: Magneto as King Magnus (House of M inspired), Rocket Raccoon with a Western bounty hunter look, a medieval Iron Man in Blood Edge Armor (reminiscent of Dark Souls), Peni Parker in a striking blue and white suit, and Namor in a green and gold costume.

Here's a full list of the Season 1 battle pass skins:

  • Loki – All-Butcher
  • Moon Knight – Blood Moon Knight
  • Rocket Raccoon – Bounty Hunter
  • Peni Parker – Blue Tarantula
  • Magneto – King Magnus
  • Namor – Savage Sub-Mariner
  • Iron Man – Blood Edge Armor
  • Adam Warlock – Blood Soul
  • Scarlet Witch – Emporium Matron
  • Wolverine – Blood Berserker

The season's dark aesthetic is evident in the skins themselves. Wolverine's design evokes Van Helsing, while Loki's All-Butcher skin and Moon Knight's dark attire enhance the sinister atmosphere. New maps featuring a blood moon over New York City further amplify this theme.

Interestingly, while Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic debut in Season 1, their skins won't be part of the battle pass and will instead be available in the in-game shop. Despite this, the anticipation for Season 1 remains high, leaving fans eager to see what NetEase Games unveils next.
