Ruchiruno Games has recently announced their upcoming title, Energy Drain Shooter, slated for release on Japanese storefronts next month. This fast-paced 3D bullet hell shooter challenges players to absorb energy from enemy bullets by narrowly dodging their attacks, all while fighting back with powerful homing lasers. Pre-registrations are now open on both the App Store and Google Play.
The game's central mechanic, aptly named Energy Drain, rewards players for closely evading enemy fire. The closer the dodge, the more energy absorbed, which not only fills your gauge but also boosts your score. Mastering this system allows players to unlock Hard Mode, where the intensity of enemy attacks escalates.
Players can choose from three attack options: melee strikes, normal shots, and homing lasers. Normal shots gain power by passing through special gates, while homing lasers can lock onto multiple enemies, causing a chain reaction of destruction. Each stage culminates in a boss fight, featuring intricate bullet patterns that require quick reactions and strategic maneuvering.

The game spans five stages, each with unique enemy formations, obstacles, and attack patterns. Success in Energy Drain Shooter hinges not only on dodging but also on managing energy, positioning, and timing attacks. The bullet hell encounters vary from laser barrages to blade-like projectiles, ensuring each battle remains unpredictable.
For those seeking an extra challenge, Hard Mode becomes available after achieving a high score in Normal Mode. This mode features faster enemies and more complex bullet patterns, testing players' reflexes and strategic skills to the utmost.
Energy Drain Shooter is set to launch on March 15th. You can pre-register now by clicking on your preferred link below. The game will be available as a premium title for ¥480. For more details, visit the official website.
