KEMCO Drops A New Tactical RPG Eldgear Full Of Magic And Mystery

KEMCO's newest tactical RPG, Eldgear, plunges players into a captivating fantasy world on the cusp of a magical revolution. Argenia, a land teeming with hundreds of nations vying for control of newly discovered ancient technology, is poised on the brink of conflict. Following a devastating war, uneasy peace prevails, shadowed by the ever-present threat of renewed hostilities.

A World of Ancient Technology and Intrigue:

The story centers around Eldia, a global task force charged with preventing another catastrophic war by controlling access to powerful, ancient machines and weapons unearthed from ruins scattered across the land. These ruins are brimming with potent magic and advanced technology, fueling the ambitions of the various nations.

Strategic Turn-Based Combat:

Eldgear boasts a strategic turn-based combat system enhanced by unique mechanics. The EMA (Embedding Abilities) system allows players to equip three abilities per unit, offering tactical flexibility through stat boosts and abilities like Stealth. The EXA (Expanding Abilities) system unleashes devastating special moves upon reaching maximum Tension during battles. Mysterious and powerful GEAR machines add another layer of complexity, some acting as guardians while others pose a significant threat.

Gameplay and Availability:

Eldgear, priced at $7.99, is currently available on the Google Play Store and offers support for both English and Japanese languages. Touchscreen controls are currently the only input method available; controller support is not yet implemented.
