Ay caramba indeed! LEGO has officially unveiled a brand-new *The Simpsons*-themed set, and this time it’s the iconic Krusty Burger. Designed with minifigure-scale precision, the set is packed with Easter eggs and nods to the show’s classic era. The LEGO The Simpsons: Krusty Burger is now available for preorder and will launch at a retail price of $209.99, catering specifically to adult fans aged 18 and up. General availability begins on June 4, but LEGO Insiders get the chance to purchase early—starting June 1 (free sign-up available here).
This marks the first full-scale *Simpsons* build since 2018, when LEGO released two compact Brickheadz models featuring Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown. Before that, LEGO had only ever produced two major *Simpsons* sets: the massive 2,523-piece Simpson family home in 2014 and the 2,179-piece Kwik-E-Mart in 2015. Both have long been retired, making the return of this franchise both exciting and unexpected.
The Krusty Burger design draws clear inspiration from real-world fast-food chains like McDonald's, complete with an authentic drive-thru menu board and service window. But what really makes this set stand out is its hinged construction, which allows the entire model to open up and reveal detailed interior spaces: a bustling kitchen, a quirky bathroom, and a fully furnished dining area. In addition to the main restaurant, the set also includes two standalone builds—the towering Krusty Burger sign and Homer’s modified Krusty-themed car from Season Six’s “Homie the Clown.”
As expected from a premium LEGO set, this one comes with a stellar cast of characters:
For those who jump in during the early access period, LEGO Insiders purchasing the set between June 1 and June 7 will receive a bonus gift: a limited-time 123-piece mini set featuring *The Simpsons Living Room*, while supplies last.
