Marvel Rivals released trailers for the Human Torch, the Thing and the new map

This week is huge for hero shooters! Overwatch 2 just dropped Season 15, Marvel Rivals is on the cusp of its Season 1 second half (launching in just two days!), and even Team Fortress 2 received a Source SDK code update. But let's focus on the freshest contender: Marvel Rivals.

Developers have unveiled gameplay videos showcasing the Fantastic Four's final two members—the Human Torch and the Thing—arriving this Friday, February 21st.

The Human Torch (Johnny Storm), a Duelist class character, boasts impressive abilities. He can freely fly, unleash fiery projectiles, encircle foes with blazing barriers, and even summon devastating fire tornadoes.

The Thing (Benjamin J. Grimm), a Defender class character, brings a different kind of power. He can hurl teammates short distances for strategic repositioning and launch enemies skyward with a powerful ground slam.

To top it all off, the Marvel Rivals team teased a new map: Central Park! A brief glimpse was shown at the end of the gameplay reveal.
