The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup returns to Riyadh for the 2025 Esports World Cup, boasting international competition and a $3 million prize pool. As part of EWC's expanded mobile esports initiative, the MSC will also feature in the 2026 tournament.
The action begins with Wildcard matches from July 10-13 during the EWC Festival, giving unqualified teams their final chance to compete. The main tournament will then run from July 23 to August 2, showcasing 16 elite MLBB teams.
This year maintains the successful format: two double-elimination group stages with eight teams each, leading to single-elimination playoffs. Beyond the multi-million dollar prizes, the tournament MVP receives an additional $10,000 bonus.
Global qualifiers are currently in progress. Top regions including MPL Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and LATAM are competing for slots, while champions from Cambodia, Türkiye, and Myanmar have either secured or are nearing qualification.
The North America Challenger Tournament concluded with BloodThirstyKings earning their position. Final team placements will be determined through the MSC x EWC China Qualifier and July's MSC Wildcard event.
Recall last year's thrilling MSC finale where Malaysia's Selangor Red Giants delivered an upset victory over favored Falcons AP.Bren's all-Filipino squad with a flawless playoff performance.
