Monopoly Unveils Valentine's Day Update with New Rules and Quiz

With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, Marmalade Game Studio and Hasbro are rolling out an exciting update for Monopoly on Android and iOS. Dive into the spirit of love with this special event, featuring a range of limited-time content to enhance your digital board game experience.

Monopoly's Valentine’s Day festivities bring a unique quiz that matches you with one of four Monopoly tokens, each symbolizing a different form of love. After matching, enjoy a 24-hour free trial of your token, and if you decide to keep it, it’s available at a discounted rate post-trial.

The update also introduces revamped House Rules for a faster-paced game. With Quick Hotels, you can build hotels after just three houses, and Quick End concludes the game after the first bankruptcy. Quick Jail lets you escape jail on your first turn, while Starting Title Deeds gives each player three random properties at the start. Plus, you’ll bypass tax, Chance, and Community Chest spaces for a swift gameplay experience.

To sweeten the deal, a new set of Cupid-inspired tokens are up for grabs, along with the Sweethearts bundle featuring two cherubic figures ready to join the board this Valentine’s Day.
