Popular Board Game Imperial Miners Now Has A Digital Version On Android

Portal Games Digital brings the popular board game, Imperial Miners, to Android! This digital card game challenges players to build the most efficient mine, strategically playing cards to create a thriving underground empire. Previously released Android titles from Portal Games Digital include Neuroshima Convoy, Imperial Settlers: Roll & Write, and Tides of Time.

Imperial Miners, designed by Tim Armstrong (known for Arcana Rising and Orbis), features artwork by Hanna Kuik (whose credits include Batman: Everybody Lies and Dune: House Secrets).

Gameplay Overview:

Players manage an underground excavation, aiming to maximize victory points by strategically placing cards and collecting Crystals and Carts. Each card played triggers its effect and those of cards above it, creating engaging combos with six unique factions. Ten rounds of gameplay, each featuring a new Event (ranging in difficulty), keep things dynamic. Progress boards add further strategic depth, with three randomly selected boards offering unique bonuses per game. This ensures high replayability.

Worth a Download?

Imperial Miners offers a clever engine-building experience, faithfully recreating the appeal of the original board game. Priced at $4.99 on the Google Play Store, it's a worthwhile purchase for strategy game enthusiasts.
