During the Silent Hill Transmission livestream on March 14, Konami unveiled a thrilling new addition to the iconic horror series: Silent Hill f. This eagerly anticipated game introduces a narrative crafted by Ryukishi07, the acclaimed creator behind the psychological horror visual novel When They Cry (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni). Ryukishi07's reputation for weaving suspense and intricate plots has already ignited excitement among fans of both the Silent Hill franchise and his previous works.

Further fueling anticipation, the game's soundtrack will feature the talents of Dai and Xaki, renowned composers celebrated for their contributions to anime. Instead of dismissing the feedback, Ryukishi07 challenged Dai to compose his own soundtrack. Impressed by Dai's talent, the team soon integrated his work into their projects, marking the beginning of a successful collaboration.

Silent Hill f is currently in development for PC (available via Steam and the Epic Games Store) as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
