Summoners War returns to the global esports arena with its ninth World Arena Championship, promising to be the most extensive tournament yet. This year's SWC2025 season features expanded regional competitions, international qualifying events, and a grand finale in Paris, marking the official start of the championship circuit.

Registration for SWC2025 is currently open through the Summoners War: Sky Arena event portal, closing on June 30th at midnight Pacific Time. Top performers from World Arena Seasons 32 and 33 will advance to preliminary competitions across three major regions: Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

The Asia-Pacific region will further divide into four competitive zones: Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Other Asian territories, each fielding eight competitors for the initial phase. The preliminary matches, scheduled from late July through August, will employ double-elimination brackets with best-of-five series to determine qualifiers for the Regional Cups.

Regional tournaments will transition to offline venues, beginning with Europe's closed-door event on September 20th. The Americas Cup follows in Sao Paulo on October 11th, with the Asia-Pacific Cup concluding the regional series in Busan on October 18th. Each live event will qualify three finalists for the World Championship.

Players outside traditional qualification paths can still reach the global stage through Open Qualifier events in France and Hangzhou, offering three additional slots - one from Paris and two from China - for direct Finals entry.

The competition reaches its climax on November 1st in Paris, where twelve elite Sky Arena summoners will compete in a single-elimination bracket to determine the SWC2025 World Champion.
