If you're still catching up with the Pokémon TCG Pocket Celestial Guardians Expansion—no worries, you're not alone. Just when you thought you had some time to collect all the cards, along comes the next expansion: Extradimensional Crisis, launching May 29.

This new set dives into the mysterious and bizarre world of Ultra Beasts—interdimensional Pokémon that first appeared in Pokémon Sun and Moon. These alien-like creatures are invading the TCG Pocket universe, bringing a fresh wave of unique and powerful cards. Confirmed additions include Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex. Alongside them, more Alola-region Pokémon will be introduced, continuing the trend started in Celestial Guardians. Don’t be surprised if Type: Null makes an appearance—and its evolved form, Silvally, may soon follow.

With every new expansion comes exciting cosmetic items, and Extradimensional Crisis is no exception. Starting May 29, players can obtain an exclusive Ultra Beast-themed binder cover by exchanging shop tickets. Then, beginning June 11, a floral display board will be available during the Wonder Pick event using event tickets.

Since its launch last year, Pokémon TCG Pocket has maintained a steady flow of content updates. While Extradimensional Crisis is categorized as a minor booster expansion (featuring just one type of booster pack), it continues the game’s momentum without skipping a beat. This marks the seventh overall expansion and the fourth smaller-scale release following Mythical Island, Triumphant Light, and Shining Revelry.

For now, all expansions remain active and accessible within the game—[ttpp] so there's still time to dive into past sets while preparing for the next dimension of play.
