Whether it's photos, emails, documents such as PDF, Microsoft® Word, Excel®, PowerPoint®, bills, invoices, messages, web pages, and more, PrinterShare streamlines the process, making it convenient regardless of whether your printer is next to you or halfway across the globe.
It's important to note that some features within PrinterShare are not free. To access these premium features, a purchase is required to unlock them. We highly recommend printing a test page to confirm compatibility with your printer before making a purchase.
Please be aware that due to updates in Google Play's Permissions policy, we have had to remove the SMS and Call log printing features from our app.
PrinterShare enables you to print images and photos (JPG, PNG, GIF), emails (from Gmail) and their attachments (PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT), contacts, agenda, web pages (HTML), and other digital content from your device's memory, cloud storage services like Google Drive, One Drive, Box, Dropbox, and other applications using the Share action. You can even print text messages, which can be useful for trial or legal purposes!
For UPS users, you can print shipping labels directly from your device's browser to supported thermal printers by simply logging into the UPS website.
You can also customize numerous printing options such as paper size, page orientation, number of copies, page range, one- or two-sided printing (duplex mode), print quality (resolution), color or monochrome settings, media tray, and more.
With the free version of PrinterShare, you have the ability to:
- Print with certain restrictions on nearby wireless (WiFi, Bluetooth) and direct USB OTG connected printers;
- Print on Windows shared (SMB/CIFS) or Mac shared printers.
Premium Features include:
- Unlimited Nearby direct printing (PDFs, documents, photos, and more) via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth without needing a computer;
- Complimentary 100 pages for Remote Printing under the same account.
PrinterShare supports a wide variety of printers including those from HP, Canon, Brother, Kodak, Samsung, Dell, Ricoh, Lexmark, Kyocera, OKI, and other brands, including legacy networkable models.
