Royal Petrol LLP, owner of gas filling networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent trademarks, presents its loyalty program. This program rewards both new and existing customers of the Royal Petrol filling station network and Continent mini-markets by accruing bonus points (Bonuses) for purchases. These points can be redeemed for discounts and special offers.
Program Rules: These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.
Participant: An individual, aged 14 or older (with legal capacity to make small household transactions in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan's law), registered in the program and possessing an individual identification number as per Kazakhstani legislation.
Participant Questionnaire: Information provided by participants upon registration. By completing the questionnaire, participants consent to the processing of their personal data (as defined by the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). Data processing methods include email, instant messaging, SMS, phone calls, postal mail, and automated systems, including database creation. This consent can be withdrawn in writing.
Virtual Card: An electronic card generated within the Mobile Application.

Bonus Points (Bonuses): Accrued for purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations, as per program terms. One Bonus point equals one tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at "Royal Petrol" filling stations.
Bonus Account: Records of accrued and redeemed Bonuses and the current balance.
