Epic 2D Arena Combat

These intense duels are powered by a wide arsenal of powerful weapons and gadgets. Fighters battle for control of swords, axes, hammers, blasters, rocket lances, and more—each weapon changing the flow of combat. Gadgets like mines, bombs, and spike balls add to the mayhem, letting you turn the tide with a perfectly timed throw or clever trap.

Master the Floating Arenas

Brawlhalla is a vibrant, free-to-play action game where lightning-fast reflexes are essential. This colorful platform fighter is packed with features and delivers non-stop fun, highlighting everything that makes the genre so beloved.

You'll experience chaotic battles on compact floating stages, with the goal of being the last fighter standing or scoring the most points before time expires. Every knockout earns you points, but falling off the stage costs you, demanding careful movement and precise attacks.

Riveting Multiplayer Action

Your goal in Brawlhalla is simple: defeat all rivals and rack up points. To eliminate opponents, keep dealing damage until their health bar in the top-right corner turns red. The controls feature a movement pad on the left and action buttons on the right, clearly marking inputs for Quick Attack, Heavy Attack, Dodge/Dash, Jump, Throw Item, and Emotes. You can fully customize their on-screen position, size, and transparency.

The game supports both online and local co-op for up to eight players. It also includes Ranked and Battle Pass modes. For casual play, choose from the hectic Free-for-All; Strikeout 1v1, where you pick three characters with one life each; Friendly 2v2 for solo or teamed play; and Experimental 1v1 to test new features. Party modes like Brawlball and Capture the Flag are also available.

Choose from over 50 characters, known as Legends, including special crossover guests. Each Legend can use two weapon types, employ throwable items like bombs and mines, or fight bare-handed. Every week, eight characters are free to play in the Legend Rotation—unlock the rest permanently with earned gold or get the All Legends Pack for access to all current and future original characters (crossovers excluded).

May the 4th Be With You

Celebrate May the 4th with Brawlhalla's Star Wars Event, introducing the fearsome Sith apprentice Darth Maul as a Mythic Crossover. Complete with signature visual effects and his iconic double-bladed lightsaber, Darth Maul joins an already stellar cast of Star Wars heroes and villains like Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Darth Vader, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. The latest update also adds new Clash FX, makes Vivi a playable Legend, includes a streamer mode, and brings many improvements and bug fixes.

Beyond Darth Maul's arrival, players can find new content like the R2-D2 Sidekick, Sith-themed avatars and emojis, and lightsaber-inspired weapon skins. These Star Wars items are available in Mallhalla, offering a huge selection of themed gear. Plus, logging in during the event grants a free "Sith Lord" title. Darth Maul shares his move set with Hattori, capturing his deadly and agile fighting style.

The event also features a new map, Theed Power Generator, a fresh Brawl of the Week mode, and various other additions to delight both Brawlhalla and Star Wars fans. Furthermore, the newest version introduces features like Seasonal Ranked Mode - Ranked 2v2 Strikeout, where you can queue solo or with a partner against rival duos. With new clash visuals, sound effects, and a revamped map selection system, the game is constantly growing.
