FOR ANDROID 8-13 ONLY:
The screen of your Android device has a different proportion than the drawing area on your Wacom One pen tablet. Without the Wacom Center App, the drawing displayed on the screen may appear distorted compared to your pen strokes on the Wacom One pen tablet.
The Wacom Center app meticulously calculates the exact size of the Wacom One drawing area needed to ensure your artwork remains distortion-free. It then adjusts the drawing area accordingly, leaving the rest of the tablet area inactive. On most Android devices, you have the flexibility to choose between three options for the drawing area's location.
With the Wacom Center app, you can now enjoy your drawing experience to the fullest.
Note: Virtually all Android 8-13 devices must be used in portrait orientation when utilizing a pen tablet like the Wacom One. Pen tablet input in landscape orientation or Desktop mode is not supported on Android 8-13.
FOR ANDROID 14 & LATER:
On Android 14 and later versions, the Wacom Center app is no longer necessary. Android 14 automatically ensures distortion-free drawing across all device orientations. To connect your pen tablet, simply pair it via Bluetooth in the Android system settings. If you have installed the Wacom Center on Android 14 or later, feel free to uninstall it as it's not required.
