Players can uncover hidden landmarks and tackle side objectives. Each region features hostile predators
like muskellunge, barracuda, alligators, sperm whales, orcas, and even other sharks that will attack you.
Each area also has its own apex predator, which is larger and visually distinct from the normal species.
These apex predators include a great barracuda, a shortfin mako, an American alligator, a great hammerhead,
a great white shark, an orca, and an albino sperm whale. Defeating them rewards the player with unique abilities.
The world reacts to your actions. As the shark causes more chaos, human bounty hunters are sent to eliminate it.

The shark must hunt and consume other aquatic creatures like fish and turtles to gather nutrients—specifically
proteins, fats, minerals, and rare mutagenics. Players can also assault humans by causing coastal mayhem,
destroying boats and yachts, and knocking people off jet skis.
