In this game, you'll construct decks using warriors, gear, and spells from four unique factions. The game offers a diverse range of tournaments, each featuring distinct enemies, battlefields, and rules. You start with two decks and can explore five factions, leading to a staggering thirty-two possible endings.

You take on the role of Finn, leading a trio into enemy territory to compete in war game tournaments. The narrative is brought to life through voice-acted visual novel segments, with engaging dialogues that mirror the quality of the previous *Ash of Gods* game. These conversations showcase the vibrant personalities of the characters as they argue, support, and tease one another.

As you advance, you'll unlock four distinct deck types and enhance your existing ones. The initial decks available are Berkanan and Bandit, followed by the highly defensive Frisian deck, and finally, the Gellians deck, known for its aggressive, fast-moving, high-damage minions.

*Ash of Gods: The Way* encourages experimentation, and the best part is that there are no penalties for changing upgrades and factions.
