Clash of Clans to Remove Troop Training Times in Major Update

Clash of Clans, an iconic fixture in mobile gaming, is poised for a significant transformation with the upcoming removal of troop training times. This change promises to revolutionize gameplay by allowing players to deploy their armies almost instantly, thereby accelerating the pace of battle. As we approach this major update, it's crucial for players to make use of their existing Training Potions and Training Treats. These items will soon be phased out of in-app purchases and chest rewards, with their final appearances in the Trader and Gold Pass. Be sure to utilize them before the end of the month, as they will be converted into Gems thereafter.

Supercell's continuous efforts to modernize Clash of Clans have been evident over the years, and the elimination of troop training times marks a pivotal moment in the game's evolution. Following the removal of training costs in 2022, this latest move further streamlines the player experience, eliminating wait times and enhancing engagement.

To complement this new feature, Supercell is introducing "Match Anytime," a novel mechanic that enables players to engage in battles against snapshots of other players' bases when real-time opponents are unavailable. This ensures uninterrupted gameplay and reward accumulation, with no penalties for the players whose bases are used. This system, already familiar in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now become a standard feature across the game.

Additionally, players should note that Army Donations will now require Elixirs or Dark Elixirs. For a comprehensive overview of all the changes and more, be sure to visit the Supercell blog.
