Exciting news for Diablo IV players! Data mined from the latest Public Test Realm (PTR) reveals Blizzard is adding a whopping 15 new Unique items in Season 5. These powerful items, the highest tier in the game, boast exceptional attributes, affixes, effects, and striking appearances.

The additions include five "general" Unique items – usable by all classes:

• Crown of Lucian (Helmet): Boasting a significant 1,156 armor.
• Endurant Faith (Gloves): Offering 463 armor.
• Locran's Talisman (Amulet): Provides a substantial 25% additional elemental resistance.
• Rakanoth'a Wake (Boots): Grants 463 armor.
• Shard of Verathiel (Sword): Deals a massive 1,838 damage per second.

Beyond the general Uniques, each class receives two exclusive new items:

Barbarian:

• Unbroken Chain (Amulet)
• The Third Blade (Sword)

Druid:

• Bjornfang's Tusks (Gloves)
• The Basilisk (Staff)

Rogue:

• Shroud of Khanduras (Chest Armor)
• The Umbracrux (Dagger)

Sorcerer:

• Axial Conduit (Pants)
• Vox Omnium (Staff)

Necromancer:

• Path of Trag'Oul (Boots)
• The Mortacrux (Dagger)

Improved Acquisition Chances

Blizzard has also implemented changes to increase the chances of finding these coveted items. Unique and Mythic Unique items can now drop from Whisper Caches, the Purveyor of Curiosities, and Tortured Gifts in Helltide. While slaying monsters in Sanctuary can yield these items, the highest drop rate is reportedly in Infernal Hordes, the game's new endgame mode.
