Mūn Mūn Games has unveiled Out Fishing, a deceptively tranquil first-person fishing simulator. The title itself hints at relaxation – but only until nightfall brings a chilling transformation into horror. Currently in development for PC.
The developers describe the experience: "Navigate through a peaceful yet unnerving wilderness. Hunt for elusive fish and scattered fragments of history. While time works against you, each step forward brings you closer to unraveling mysteries. Trade your catches, enhance your equipment, and fortify your camp – a precarious haven where reality and delusion begin to merge."

The game features a dynamic day/night cycle with shifting weather patterns that directly impact fishing conditions and available species. Players can progressively upgrade their fishing gear—all the way to vehicle acquisitions—while establishing and maintaining their base camp. The announcement trailer above perfectly captures Out Fishing's unsettling duality.
Out Fishing challenges players to "hook what was never meant to surface." The game is now available for wishlisting on Steam.
