Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide (Beta)

If you're diving into *Arise Crossover*, you might think it's all about collecting Shadow units and steamrolling through enemies who can't fight back, progressing until you hit a wall. But as we reached the endgame, it became clear that many players were stumped on how to advance, where to level up, and which Shadows to prioritize. If you're among the puzzled, this guide is tailored for you.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In Arise Crossover, each of the three islands boasts several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. Based on types, Soondoo is the weakest unit you can recruit at the game's outset, whereas Mifalcon is the powerhouse you'll find at Brum Island's end.

Yet, it's not just about types; ranks are crucial. A Rank A Soondoo will outperform a Rank D Mifalcon. Higher-ranked units can level up further, with Rank D units maxing out at Level 75 and SS Units reaching up to Level 200. Your ultimate goal? An all-star team of four SS-ranked Mifalcons. The journey there is where the real game begins.

Dungeon Portals in Arise Crossover spawn every 30 minutes and remain active for 15 minutes. You can start a dungeon right before a portal closes and still complete it fully. Portals appear in various locations across each island with random difficulty ranks.

When starting out, aim to assemble a team of Rank D units and tackle a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island. This approach will help you gather a solid group of units, possibly even a rare (boss) Shadow. Dungeons are your sole source for recruiting Rare Units and units above Rank C.

Upon receiving a portal spawn notification, go for it. Even if your team isn't up to snuff, linger by the portal. You're likely to encounter a player willing to carry you through the dungeon. Many can solo these challenges and don't mind helping others. This camaraderie is key to progressing by recruiting higher-ranked Shadows from dungeons.

We once benefited from a generous player who guided us through a Rank A dungeon with our Rank C units, allowing us to recruit Rank A units and advance to the endgame. Later, we returned the favor, helping others with Rank D units through a Rank S dungeon. We encourage you to continue this cycle of assistance.

Arise Crossover Weapons

Currently, in the Beta phase, player weapons are largely ineffective. They might aid slightly at the start, but by the second island, their impact diminishes. The Iron Kando Blade, the strongest common weapon, costs 60 million and deals 516.1K damage, while your units are hitting for 200 to 400 million. Unless you're flush with cash, it's wise to save your funds until future updates enhance weapon utility.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Just like dungeons, wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes. Only one player per server can claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to a new spawn, though you won't always know if someone else claims it or if it despawns.

Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller side islands between major ones. Check the developer's map for precise locations.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and there's a chance you might fail at capturing one. Flying mounts are the rarest with a 10% spawn rate, ground mounts appear more frequently, and water mounts are available for purchase from the Boat Shop NPC.

To secure a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and rush to the six possible spawn points. While mounts aren't essential for progression, a flying mount can significantly ease travel. We're still on the hunt for our flying mount!

This guide will evolve with the game's updates. Meanwhile, don't forget to check out Arise Crossover codes for some fantastic free rewards.
