Warhammer: Tacticus Debuts New Faction

Whether you're a fan or not, Snowprint Studios' Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus stands as the premier mobile Warhammer experience. Even critics must acknowledge its substantial roster of factions, which is about to grow even larger with a brand-new addition!

So, what's coming? That's the mystery—we don't have the details yet. The announcement is scheduled for May 22nd during the annual Warhammer Skulls gaming showcase. The event will also feature significant discounts across a wide range of grimdark games set in the far future, the Old World, and beyond.

With over a dozen factions already in Tacticus, the possibilities might seem limited. We could see another Imperium or Chaos variant, but among the xenos, certain factions are definitely due for more attention. I have my own theory on this.

If I were to speculate on the next Tacticus faction, I'd say the recently introduced Leagues of Votann are a strong candidate. This faction of deep-space miners, known for their hard-drinking culture and cloned, unmistakably dwarf-like warriors, was a surprising new addition to the 40k universe.
