For users experiencing issues launching the app on Android 11 (as of June 15, 2021): Some users have reported crashes upon launching the app on certain Android 11 devices. A workaround is to clear the app's storage. Please note that this will erase your parking history, which cannot be recovered.
Procedure to Clear App Storage:
- Open "Settings"
- Open "Apps and Notifications"
- Tap "PP Park!"
- Open "Storage and Cache"
- Tap "Erase Storage"
