The national support system is designed to assist citizens and ensure they can access various forms of support without barriers.

In response to the government’s commitment to easing the financial burden on Omani citizens caused by the liberalization of fuel prices, electricity, and water consumption, and in accordance with the Council of Ministers' decision, the National Support System was established. This system targets eligible Omani citizens who meet the criteria set by the government. It encompasses all Omani nationals who fulfill the specified conditions for support.

The national support system operates as a single window, offering a straightforward and reliable platform that enables equal participation and ensures all qualified Omani citizens can easily access and benefit from the available support.
