Skype for Business for Android

Skype for Business, previously known as Lync 2013, enhances your mobile experience by bringing the robust features of Lync and Skype directly to your Android device. With this app, you can enjoy voice and video calls over wireless networks, instant messaging, rich presence indicators, conferencing, and seamless calling, all from a user-friendly interface designed for mobility.

The Skype for Business Mobile app is accessible to anyone invited to a Skype for Business or Lync 2013 meeting. However, to fully utilize the app's capabilities, you need a Skype for Business or Lync account. Some features may require updates to Lync or Skype for Business Server and might not be available to all users. If you're unsure about your account status, please reach out to your IT department.

Important: This software requires connectivity to validly licensed copies of Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business Server or Office 365 / Lync Online / Skype for Business Online. It will not function without this connectivity. Updates to Microsoft Lync Server or Skype for Business may be necessary for optimal performance. Some functionalities may not be available in all countries. If you are uncertain about your company's license to and/or deployment of Lync or Skype for Business, please contact your IT department. The Skype for Business app is compatible only with Android 4.0 or higher.
