MyNISSAN® lets you control your Nissan remotely, right from your phone.*
The MyNISSAN app enhances your Nissan ownership experience. It offers remote access, security features, personalization options, vehicle information, maintenance support, and convenient features accessible via your compatible Android phone or Wear OS device. While available to all Nissan owners, the app is optimized for 2014 and later models. The full MyNISSAN experience, however, requires an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package (select 2018 and newer models).* For a complete feature list specific to your vehicle, visit owners.nissanusa.com.
The following MyNISSAN features are available to all Nissan owners and vehicles:
- Manage your Nissan account and preferences
- Schedule service appointments with your preferred dealer
- Receive notifications for vehicle recalls or service campaigns
- View your vehicle's service history and maintenance schedule
- Access Roadside Assistance
With a compatible vehicle, you can also:
- Remotely start/stop your vehicle**, lock/unlock doors, and activate horn/lights
- Search for, save, and send points of interest to your vehicle
- Check vehicle status (doors, engine, mileage, fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes)
- Locate your vehicle
- Set customizable boundary, speed, and curfew alerts***
Vehicles with Google built-in** offer additional features:
- Remote climate control
- Remote engine start
- Notifications for unlocked doors, open windows, and more
- Real-time updates from your repair shop
- Data-based route planning
- Maintenance alerts
- Add up to four additional drivers to one Nissan ID account

*The NissanConnect Services telematics program was affected by AT&T’s 3G network discontinuation. As of February 22, 2022, vehicles with 3G-compatible telematics hardware can no longer connect to the 3G network and access NissanConnect Services features. Customers who purchased a vehicle with this hardware and activated NissanConnect Services before June 1, 2021, retained access until February 22, 2022 (subject to network availability).
