Currently, an event featuring Lapras EX is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Battle AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your only source for Lapras EX.

Important Details:

• Limited Time: The event concludes November 18th.
• Promo Pack Contents: Each pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX. RNG plays a significant role; you might get lucky on your first pack or need many more.
• Expert Stage Farming: The Expert stage guarantees a Promo Pack after each battle, making it the most efficient method. While other stages have a chance of dropping packs, the Expert stage offers a reliable reward.
