Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage both customer service and their Airtel accounts from a single, convenient app.
The Airtel Tribe app provides retailers with a comprehensive suite of tools, enabling them to handle various customer needs, including new and existing customer registration, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash transactions, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers.
Beyond customer service, the app facilitates seamless account management. Retailers can view and edit their profiles, manage inventory (view, update, request, and purchase stock), monitor sales performance, reset AM/EVD PINs, unlock accounts, access agent loans, and perform banking services. The app also provides access to transaction history, commission details, and performance metrics for Airtel services. Self-service options and direct service requests to Airtel are readily available. Finally, the app offers access to training materials, surveys, and manages digital notifications for retailers.
Supporting Airtel Africa's operations, the app is available in both English and French. Its user-friendly design makes it an essential tool for boosting retail business productivity.
