Arcane Lineage Boss List

King Slime

King Slime is more of a mini-boss, posing less of a threat compared to other bosses in Arcane Lineage. However, it can still be challenging for low-level players. Note that defeating this boss does not yield soul points.

King Slime Location

King Slime spawns after 100 Slimes are defeated on the server. It appears around the city nearest to the last slain slime, and a notification on the Quest Board alerts players of the active King Slime quest. The quest involves two steps:

  • Find the King Slime
  • Kill the King Slime

This quest has a 30-minute global cooldown on the server.

King Slime Fighting Strategy

With 400 HP (600 if Corrupted), King Slime has the lowest health among bosses. Its primary attack involves summoning more Slimes to overwhelm your party. Additionally, it uses AOE poison attacks, so come equipped with potions and cleansing abilities. After dealing with the summoned Slimes, you can defeat King Slime in a few turns. Its AOE attacks only inflict poison without direct damage, leaving room for your attacks.

Yar’thul, the Blazing Dragon

Yar’thul is a fire-type boss that uses Fire and Inferno-based attacks, inflicting Inferno and Burning stacks on the party. It's resistant to fire and physical damage but weak to Hex damage.

Yar’thul Location

To locate Yar’thul, venture deep into the Desert to find Mount Thul, an active volcano created by Yar’thul’s immense heat. Enter Mount Thul, navigate through its dark corridors, and confront the Blazing Dragon at the end.

Yar’thul Fighting Strategy

With 1200 HP (1800 if Corrupted), Yar’thul compensates for its lack of tankiness with high damage output. Most of its attacks inflict Inferno and Burning effects, making this a race against time. Below 50% health, it enters its second phase, summoning meteors that stun and apply healing reduction. Focus on ending the battle quickly in this phase. The Dragon Ring and Pristine-level accessories can ease this fight. The Corrupted version gains lifesteal.

Thorian Location

Find Thorian in the Cess Grounds within the Deeproot Canopy. Enter the Cess Grounds and head right to encounter this massive enemy.

Thorian Fighting Strategy

It's resistant to most damage except Holy, which does 135% damage, and slightly weak to fire, increasing damage by 10%.

Metrom’s Vessel

Once a proud hero, Metrom’s Vessel now serves as a vessel for Metrom, sealed in a Temporal Jail. This raid boss spawns on a global timer and requires a Void Key to enter the fight.

Metrom’s Vessel Location

Metrom’s Vessel is a Raid Boss that spawns on a global timer. Obtain a Void Key by defeating corrupted versions of other bosses. Once you have a Void Key, await the server-wide notification for Metrom’s Vessel to spawn, along with its location.

Metrom’s Vessel Fighting Strategy

With 10,000 HP (15,000 if Corrupted), Metrom’s Vessel is a statpile requiring 30 to 60 minutes to defeat. It has two phases with different moves, mechanics, and high damage output.

In the first phase, its black wings grant significant damage negation. Destroy these wings by applying status effects and debuffs, but be cautious as fewer wings increase its damage output. Timing wing destruction around the phase transition is key.

Metrom’s Vessel also summons Shadeblades, minions with 200 HP that deal considerable damage. Quickly eliminate them to avoid the boss using Oblivion, an undodgeable attack dealing 50% max HP to everyone.

In the second phase, the wings switch between Offensive and Defensive modes. Offensive mode increases damage output and minion damage, while Defensive mode offers high damage resistance and Thorns Aura. Continue applying status effects to destroy the wings. Metrom’s Vessel also sends out Minishade Bringers when players fail to dodge attacks.

Coordination and constant debuff application are crucial for an efficient fight. Mastering the wing mechanics and timing can make this battle more manageable.
